This System is the only hydrophobic (doesn’t like water) aac concrete flooring on the New Zealand market. Perfect choice for early winter in Mangawhai. The surface water after installation was simply broomed off ready for the framing to be installed.
The client, Mr Smith of Smith Construction knew what he wanted for his build and that he has and will benefit from the all weather installation, no squeaking, along with thermal & acoustic performance.
