Texture
A wide variety of texture styles are available, it is important that the texture you choose compliments your design, personal tastes and budget. All Texture styles are applied by hand with skill and craft by our network of Resene Construction Systems Plastering Professionals’. Sample boxes are also available of our entire texture range which will assist you with the look and feel of the finishes available for your project. Coloured range (Acrylic Based) of texture styles are composed with graded marble and quartz, sands, fine calcite fillers and 100% acrylic resin to bind them together providing distinct surfaces that provide a greater level of flexibility and are coloured throughout. These textures are finished with ‘Environmental Choice’ accredited Resene X200, Lumbersider or Aquashield which assists in providing an easy to maintain surface. Mineral Range (Cement Based) of texture styles are composed of natural sand blends, cements and dry powder modifiers to aid adhesion, hardness and flexibility characterics. All are finished with our full three coat Resene Paint System in your favourite Resene colour which assists in providing an easy to maintain surface.
ROCKCOTE Classico
This hand plastered ‘floated’ finish is designed to achieve a grained, monolithic surface. Being a grainy type finish Classico Swirl suits virtually all styles of building from modernist, through to French Provencial Villas. Our most popular acrylic finish.
