Nothing square – curves and open spaces dominate this modern workplace and led to the project winning the National Interior Awards – workplace up to 1000m2 category at the recent 2019 Interior Awards.

The jury commented that the interiors of this commercial law firm “accomplish a dramatic, at points confrontational and disruptive, client-facing persona while, behind the scenes, it gives staff a homely, open plan that maximises harbour views”

Of special note is the Resene Construction Systems ‘MarbleStone’ polished lime plaster finish, applied by Colin MacKenzie Plastering, Auckland. The curvaceous ceiling, along with entry and feature walls all hand applied and polished by trowel in 5 coats – the skill of the plasterer is on show for all to admire.
