This original 1890’s Auckland villa is a celebrated and award winning residence. Under Ivy by Architect Jack McKinney cleverly and boldly brings together old & new spaces.
Our AdobePlast render was applied both internally and externally to the new brick walls and bagged off to soften the underlying brick whilst allowing the rustic shape of the brick to show through. AdobePlast was also applied to the concrete block basement but finished level and true with the subtle light and dark patina.
Rockcote Velvetina natural lime plaster was applied to the interior surfaces of the master bathroom with a wax finish to provide water resistance and provide an added polish to the surface.
